In these Terms of Service (TOS) the customer will be referred to as “you”, whereas Advertisement.smartkinmel.com/ Smartonlineadvertise.com as an Advertisement.smartkinmel.com / Smartonlineadvertise.com/Smart Multipurpose Company Pvt. Ltd. company will be referred to as “we”.

2. Disclaimer

Advertisement.smartkinmel.com ( Smartonlineadvertise.com) makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. 4. Platform as a Service

This service is limited to one free Advertisement.smartkinmel.com per person or company Or registered Users.

The Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the free hosting service can be considered as “Best effort”.

The software remains property of Advertisement.smartkinmel.com. To protect our intellectual property rights you are not able to view or edit the software’s source code.

Software updates are free of charge and installed automatically. All updates are mandatory, as they may include important security fixes or performance improvements.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to refrain from serving content infringing trademark rights or content containing inappropriate creative (see also 5).

Unused traffic (traffic without proper ads to show) of free plan users may be used by Advertisement.smartkinmel.com for research, testing and branding purposes.

Advertisement.smartkinmel.com suspends Premium accounts that fail to pay invoices on time. Suspended accounts are switched to a free plan in 3 (three) months after being suspended.

5. Intolerances

Your chosen business name cannot contain words related to the adult industry or words that are considered offensive.

Advertisement.smartkinmel.com cannot tolerate any of the following. Violation may result in a permanent service suspension.

1. Spamming

2. Slander

3. Copyright and trademark infringements

4. Identity theft

5. Misuse of the system in the broadest sense of the word

Additionally, a certain type of behavior cannot be tolerated either:

1. Trying to hide or modify Advertisement.smartkinmel.com’s branding artificially

2. Serving harmful content like viruses, Trojans, and worms or using Advertisement.smartkinmel.com on a website containing this type of content

3. Serving content that mimics platform UI elements to trick visitors to click on it

6. Order process

Our order process is conducted by our online Payment Getway Esewa, Khalti, Ime Pay Or Cash.

7. Refund policy, disputes, and chargebacks

All invoices, fees, and transactions to Advertisement.smartkinmel.com are non-refundable. A payment reversal initiated by the payment processor may lead to a temporary suspension of all services involved until the case has been resolved or the payment reimbursed. A dispute or chargeback initiated by you will lead to a permanent service suspension unless discussed beforehand.

8. License Termination

Licenses can be cancelled at any moment by sending in a request via the support form. Note that paid fees are non-refundable.

If a license is renewed after its due date, the renewal fee will cover the period starting from the last due date.

Although we do not intend to, we remain the right to temporarily suspend or, in severe cases, terminate your license(s).

9. Terms of Service modifications

Advertisement.smartkinmel.com may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using our services you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.
